VISIT BUSAN PASS can be used purchased online and offline.
If you purchase a mobile pass online, you can use the PASS directly through the VISIT BUSAN PASS APP.
Purchase VISIT BUSAN PASS from official website
STEP 1
Create an account and sign in to the VISIT BUSAN PASS website.
STEP 2
Go to ‘Buy PASS’ and choose either a card or a mobile pass.
If you purchase a mobile pass, it can be used directly through the app, but a physical card cannot be issued.

Select the desired pass type and quantity.
STEP 4
Pay with credit or debit cards issued overseas.

Cancellation and refund conditions
- Payment cancellations are allowed within 180 days of the payment date. However, if the pass has been used to enter a tourist attraction, top up the card, or used as a transportation card, it will be considered activated, and refunds will not be possible. If you have not yet received the pass, please contact the online vendor where the purchase was made to request a refund.
- If you have already received the pass, return it to the offline collection point where it was obtained, then request a refund from the online vendor where the purchase was made.
- Refunds are not available for lost passes.

Refund for Offline Purchases

PASS Pickup
You can collect your card pass by visiting the designated exchange location and presenting your voucher along with your passport or ID. The voucher can be found on your My Page under 'Ticket Exchange' and in your email.

Check the exchange voucher in the email you received after purchase or by visiting 'My Page' and selecting 'Ticket Exchange.

Visit the designated exchange location and present your passport or ID, along with the voucher, to collect your card.
