Cancellation and refund conditions
- Payment can be canceled within 180 days from the date of payment. (However, if you enter a tourist attraction more than once, or charge/use the pass as a transportation card, the ticket is activated and refund is not possible.)
- If you have not received your pass yet, please request a refund from the seller who placed your order.
- If you have received the pass, please request a refund from the offline retailer.
- Lost passes are non-refundable.
